By accessing or using the website wajd.ly or any services provided by Wajd Technology Innovations ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the service.

Wajd Technology Innovations provides technology services including web development, mobile application development, artificial intelligence solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and UI/UX design. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be defined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.

Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. Wajd Technology Innovations retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, libraries, and methodologies used in the development process. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) restricts this. All third-party assets (fonts, stock assets, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. Where a formal NDA is required, it must be signed before any sensitive information is exchanged.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wajd Technology Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond what is expressly stated. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement not explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Either party may terminate a project engagement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to cure such breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Libya. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tripoli, Libya. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
